Emily did a great job helping me purchase my first investment property, presenting multiple options in my target range in a balanced way, before we decided on a couple of ideal properties and guiding me through the bidding process. I highly recommend Sam and Your Property Hound for anyone looking to purchase a property in the current highly competitive market. I interviewed 4 different buyers agents before settling on Your Property Hound. What set them apart for me, was their fixed fee structure and conscientious, client-focused approach. Sam was a real asset in the property search, helping me to identify suitable properties and providing me with lots information pre-inspection. He was also really good at identifying potential problems with properties, things that I wouldn't have picked up myself. He was with me at every inspection, running through his own checklist, and also gave me the time and space to assess the property for myself. I never felt pressured by Sam to put an offer on a property, he always emphasised that it was important that I was happy with it. Sam's property sales background was a real asset during the offer and negotiation process. Tracy was great to work with helping us buy our first investment property. We were buying from interstate so couldn't be there to attend inspections in person.
